Bond No. 9 New York accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original box with all protective materials and include a copy of your original invoice and the RMA number.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a traceable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our New York distribution center.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
